Lori Kinnee

Fourth-Generation RancHer
Keeper of Soil, Soul & Self-Worth

I’m Lori Kinnee, a fourth-generation rancher, a mentor, a wife, a mom—and a woman who knows what it feels like to be completely burned out while holding everything together.

I was raised on the land, playing in grain bins, chasing cows, and learning what hard work looked like from a young age. I’ve always loved agriculture - it’s in my bones. But like many women in this industry, I also spent years juggling motherhood, marriage, finances, and running a ranch, all while quietly carrying the weight of it all.

At one point, I thought I had a chronic illness. It turned out to be my body waving a white flag—asking me to slow down, to breathe, and to come back home to myself.

Through those years, I realized something big: we don’t just need better systems or strategies—we need spaces. Safe spaces. Restorative spaces. Spaces where women can reconnect to their self-worth, their power, and their purpose—without apology. That’s why I created

RancHer by Lori.

It’s not just about running a better business. It’s about reclaiming your energy, your voice, and your rhythm—so you can live and lead in a way that actually feels good.

I believe when women are well, our families thrive, our operations grow, and our legacies deepen.

This work is my heart.

And I’d be honored to walk beside you.
